Are your times CONSISTENTLY getting faster at ALL distances (what was your last 5k time compared to a year ago)? Have you suffered, or are you, suffering from chronic-use injuries (plantar fasciatis, ITB Syndrome, runners knee, etc.)? How many hours do you train per week? How many hours does your spouse/family WISH you trained?!

CrossFit Endurance only requires 6-8 hours max per week total training at a COMPETITIVE level!!
We avoid long, slow distance training in favour of shorter, more intense anaerobic efforts; which not only offers the same cardiovascular improvements as distance training, but also increased strength, speed and power, a lower bodyfat and an increase in functional muscle. Perhaps more importantly, workouts are challenging, motivating, measureable and FUN!

The CFNZ Endurance running program starts January 25th. Choose from Monday 6pm or Thursday 6am.

With this program you will:

- Practice and implement POSE running drills and skills to increase your efficiency, technique, and overall run ability

- Meet with the CFE run group once a week for a fun, competitive training session.

- Recieve CFE drills and workouts to complete on your own

- Movement analysis and programming will also be covered.

Get more efficient, reduce injury, build the strength and stamina so often lacking in endurance athletes, and most importantly, GO FASTER!!

Strictly limited to 10 people. Introductory special price - CFNZ members $50 per month. Non-members $90 per month.
